1 1 (2) Mi Dios,
¡ven pronto a salvarme!
¡Ven pronto en mi ayuda!
2 2 (3) ¡Pon en completa vergüenza
a los que quieren matarme!
¡Haz que huyan avergonzados
los que quieren hacerme daño!
3 3 (4) ¡Haz que huyan avergonzados
los que se burlan de mí!
4 4 (5) Pero que se alegren
y se pongan contentos
todos los que te buscan.
Que siempre reconozcan tu grandeza
aquellos a quienes tú has salvado.
5 5 (6) Dios mío,
yo soy muy pobre,
y estoy muy necesitado;
¡ven pronto!
Dame tu ayuda,
dame la libertad;
¡no te tardes!

1 Make haste , O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O LORD.
2 Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.
3 Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.
4 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
5 But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, make no tarrying.
